While my case is still open, I feel I have been treated with respect and provided information at all levels. The staff I have worked with are very professional and available to answer any questions and/or concerns. Terence is supportive and very knowledgeable and makes you feel as if yours is the only case their all working on. We enjoyed the picnic and had a really nice time.
