Litigation Paralegal

Ken comes to Perenich Law with over 25 years of legal experience as litigation paralegal working for national insurance companies, non-profit and for-profit law firms specializing in personal injury, insurance claims, and poverty defense law.

Prior to relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 2020, Ken worked and volunteered for over a decade in the non-profit sector, was a union member of the National Legal Aid & Defender Association and worked for the National Legal Services Corporation serving the indigent, Deaf, and Spanish speaking communities with legal advocacy and representation in both defense and affirmative litigation. With his varied skill set and strong defense background, Ken anticipates the trajectory of a case and formulates a comprehensive and robust approach in obtaining the best possible legal outcomes.

Ken continues to pursue his BAS in Paralegal studies and American Sign Language Interpretation at St. Petersburg College, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, Venus – his dog, is an avid reader, known for upcycling/repurposing ‘unloved’ furniture and volunteers at his local church and men’s group in Clearwater, FL. Ken’s philosophy and approach to life is best defined by serving others.
