On Thanksgiving Day, the Partners gave back to Pinellas Hope by serving a Thanksgiving feast to the permanent residents. Pinellas Hope is a temporary emergency shelter for homeless men and women. Pinellas Hope is a program of Catholic Charities. Their program assists these people with getting their lives back on track, and helping them to become self-sufficient. Within Pinellas Hope there is also a program where residents have “graduated” from the “tent city” and live in efficiency apartments on property. On Thanksgiving, we served food to those residents who have graduated. There were approximately 125 people.
