Kristen Deskins

Kristen Deskins grew up in a little town just north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended LaRoche University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design.  She began working in the legal field in the late 1980’s preparing legal demonstrative exhibits for a firm in Tampa, Florida.  Soon thereafter she took on a position at a law firm where she quickly learned the ropes under the tutelage of an amazing medical malpractice and personal injury attorney.

Kristen became a Florida Registered Paralegal and a member of the Florida Bar in 2010.  She has worked on several of the largest verdict/settlement trucking, medical malpractice, personal injury, and products liability cases in the State of Florida throughout her legal career.

As a Florida Registered Paralegal, Kristen is required to adhere to the same ethical requirements as a Florida licensed attorney and to attend continuing legal education training on a regular basis.  Kristen is a very conscientious Paralegal who strives to provide her clients with the best possible experience during what is possibly one of the most challenging times, and in some cases, the worst time of their lives.

Kristen and her husband moved to Tampa Bay in 1999 and are raising their two sons in the area. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys watching her favorite professional teams, both locally and from her hometown of Pittsburgh with her husband and children and loving on their two fur-children.
