A motorcyclist died after it collided with a truck on Tyrone Boulevard Monday afternoon. The truck driver was towing landscaping equipment and a trailer south on Tyrone Boulevard around 2:28 p.m. Monday. The truck driver turned east near Winchester Road North, crossing in front of the northbound motorcyclist, and the two vehicles collided, St. Petersburg police said.
The motorcyclist died at the scene. The uninjured truck driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators, police said.
