BEFORE MY CASE

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER MY INCIDENT?

• Contact the police and get all other involved people’s information.  If this is a slip and fall
  or some kind of injury in a store or facility of any kind, ask to file a report with the organization.
• Go to the Doctor’s office.  Any complaints, even minor, can develop into life-long injuries, and it is important to visit a doctor and get medical attention.

CAN I AFFORD AN ATTORNEY?

Bish Law does not have a standard fee, instead we take a percentage of the final verdict in your case. This means,  we do not get paid unless you win and it is in our best interest to get you as much money as possible.

HOW MUCH IS MY CASE WORTH?

This is the most asked question by any client across any law firm. The truth is, cases are all different even if they are similar. We will not be able to value your case until you are completely done treating and all investigations are over.

WILL I HAVE TO GO TO COURT IF I SIGN UP WITH YOU?

Not every case goes to court, it all depends on whether the insurance company offers you a fair settlement you are willing to take. At the end of the day, whether we go to court is completely up to you.
