Answer: I recently received a telephone call from a woman in Tampa who was concerned that her son had suffered a tragic and catastrophic loss. She was obviously very distraught. I wanted to assure her that no matter what her son’s injuries were, we were going to help.
It’s no uncommon unfortunately for many people to be catastrophically injured, especially when you think about accidents on busy roadways like US 19 in Clearwater or 275 in Tampa, the interstate. We’ve seen a lot of these horrific accidents and we’ve seen deep and troubling losses. I always tell my clients that we are prepared to handle your claims when there is a catastrophic loss.
A catastrophic loss is usually marked by a disfiguring injury, lifelong, a permanent loss of a bodily function, whether it’s your ability to walk, or your ability to use your arms, or even your brain if you suffered a traumatic brain injury, and of course, when somebody dies.
