Worker Falls from Scaffolding in St. Pete

St. Petersburg Fire and EMS responded to a home under construction after a construction worker fell from scaffolding at a home on Bayshore Boulevard, according to the police.

St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue said the scaffolding did not collapse during the worker’s fall. Paramedics found the worker in critical condition and applied “life-saving interventions” before taking the victim to the ER.

The victim is in critical condition at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.
