2 seriously injured in crash on I-275 near I-75 apex

(7/20/2020 – Hillsborough, FL – Tampa Bay 10)

There were major delays Monday morning on I-275 North after a serious accident with a semi-truck leaving two people in serious condition.

The accident was caused when the semi-truck attempted to make a U turn causing a collision with a truck on the road. The driver of the semi-truck was cited for this improper turn.

The driver and passenger in the truck had serious injuries but the semi-truck driver was not hurt.
