In Ruskin, FL Wednesday August 19th, there was a fatal hit-and-run involving a teenaged pedestrian. Florida Highway Patrol are looking for the driver of the vehicle, which may have been a tractor trailer, that struck and killed the pedestrian.
The insurance incident happened late at approximately 11:10 pm.
Troopers do not yet know why there was a young girl attempting to walk through interstate 75. She was struck and killed on site.
